For more than 15 years, I’ve worked within the franchise industry, partnering directly with franchise owners and leadership teams to help small businesses grow, scale, and operate more profitably. Throughout my career, my focus has always been on strengthening the foundation of a business and supporting the people behind it. At the same time, I watched many talented professionals struggle inside Corporate America, working hard but feeling disconnected from the life they wanted.
That contrast is what ultimately led me to The Entrepreneur’s Source®. I was drawn to the opportunity to help people step out of career uncertainty and explore practical, achievable alternatives — rooted in education, self-discovery, and thoughtful decision-making rather than pressure or hype.
As a coach, I provide a supportive, non-pressure environment where we focus on clarity first — understanding what you want your career and life to look like — and then explore options that fit those priorities. I live in the St. Louis area with my family and am the parent of two teenagers, which has only reinforced my appreciation for flexibility, balance, and designing a future on your own terms.
